I like the snow...

So there.

The first snow of the season is always really exciting to me. I come from a place where snow doesn't happen often, and only slightly when it does. October may only just be waking up, but the snow can just keep coming as far as I care. The leaves are clinging to their color. The wind will take care of that. And then we're left to steel and slate November. Bitter winds and no ready relief from monochrome. December comes along and, if we're lucky, we'll start to see some little snows. By January we'll have ice everywhere - that's interesting. But between now and then, things can get a little tedious.

So bring me some snow. I'll take it.
